AP Residences Inc. is committed to making their business a matter of human service. The Corporate Social Responsibility division utilizes part of the company's revenue to help change and uplift the lives of those in need, e.g. through donation based youth projects and training in impoverished areas all around the country.

Amidst the rising success of any company, it is important that we stay grounded and contribute to our community. It's a promise that needs all hands on deck.

AP Residences Inc. is actively engaged in social programs not just to beautify the company but because we believe that the private sector must also be involved in building a better future for all. We cannot thrive as a company if the community doesn't progress with us. 

Our Ceremonial Turn-over of Educational Supplies with the theme "Tulong sa Bagong Normal, Pag-asa para sa mga Kabataan" allowed us to make a meaningful contribution to the educational needs of our youth. We will continue our efforts in this noble cause and look forward to finding new ways we can serve our community.
